Workspace ONE UEM Sandbox Password Reset

A Workspace ONE UEM sandbox is a standard UEM tenant in a Omnissa Shared SaaS environment. To provide you initial access the UEM sandbox tenant, TestDrive set up a basic administrator account. In Shared SaaS, a UEM basic administrator account is managed by the UEM environment itself and expires every 30 days per Omnissa Cloud Operations default security policy.

If you need to reset a basic administrator account's password, use the UEM environment's "trouble logging in" feature.

If the environment's built-in password reset feature presents an error or if you can't recall your password reset answers, contact TestDrive support.
