Partner Proving Ground Omnissa Connect Organization Owner Change

If the sole owner of a Proving Ground (PG) has left a partner organization and the partner has lost access to the environment, a request to add a new owner needs to be filed. Please follow this guide.

Prerequisite

An Omnissa Account

Omnissa Connect organization ownership requires a user to have an Omnissa Account. Go here to get an Omnissa Account.

Omnissa Connect Owner Change Process

Create a TestDrive Help ticket containing the following:

  1. Request to have a new owner added to the Omnissa Connect PG organization.
  2. Briefly state a reason for the change.
  3. Provide the original owner’s email address or at least the registered partner domain name. The owner is listed in the partner's view of their Proving Ground tile in TestDrive → DIY.
  4. List the new owner's email address. The domain name must remain the same.

After the new owner's email address is added, an email invitation from Omnissa Connect will be sent to the new owner. This email is the standard ‘Get started with Workspace ONE…’ email. The new owner uses the invitation to sign in to Omnissa Connect and join the PG organization.
