Omnissa Connect Proving Ground Organization
A Proving Ground (PG) lives inside an Omissa Connect organization. The PG organization is equivalent to any other Omnissa Connect organization and is subject to the same governance and security protocols as all Omnissa Connect organizations. An Omnissa Connect PG organization exists independently of TestDrive.
If the sole owner of a PG has left a partner organization and the partner has lost access to the environment, a request to add a new owner needs to be filed. TestDrive Help can add a single owner to an Omnissa Connect PG Organization. TestDrive Help cannot make other changes the organization. Please follow the steps in this guide.

PG Organization Owner Change Process¶
Create a TestDrive Help ticket.
- Request to have a new owner added to the Omnissa Connect PG organization.
- Briefly state a reason for the change.
- Provide the original owner’s email address or at least the registered partner domain name. The owner is listed on the Proving Ground tile in TestDrive → DIY.
- List the new owner's first name, last name, and email address. The domain name must remain the same.
TestDrive Help will entitle the requested user as an owner. This action will initiate an invitation that will be sent directly to the new owner. This invitation email is the standard ‘Get started with Workspace ONE…’ email. The new owner will use the invitation to sign in to Omnissa Connect and join the existing PG organization.
After the invitation is properly redeemed, the new owner should have full control over the PG organization and all downstream services.
Note
The above process is the important part as it assigns the new account ownership rights and gets them into the production Omnissa Connect organization.
TestDrive Help will also update the user listed on the PG tile in the TestDrive portal. This change may take up to a week to reflect in the TestDrive portal and does not impact access to the Omnissa Connect PG organization.
